Abstract
The planned purposes of our competition are to find all localisation of native silver poplar, gray poplar and aspen populations, and signation of plus trees in the selected populations in Transdanubia; to investigate the genetical diversity between and inside the selected populations using molecular methods with collected leaf samples from stands; to show relations between the selected populations; to find new molecular method for separation of different genotypes of marked poplar species; to establish rooting experiments for investigation of plant physiology; working up on a new economical vegetative method for propagation of silver poplar, gray poplar and aspen.
