Abstract
The aim of project is to investigate the fate of chromium(III)-complexes in soil-plant system. For this aim we have to develop analytical method for the separation and measurement of some biologically important chromium-complexes. We are going to prepare and characterise this complexes as well. The rate of forming and the adsorption isoterms of the complexes will be determined for soils. On the basis of these studies a technology will be developed for producing plants with elevated chromium content. The possibility of fitoremediation of chromium(III) polluted soil will be studied as well. The expected results of the project is the better understanding of forming chromium complexes in soils and its fate in the soil plant system.
