Abstract
According to the European data the incidence/allele frequency will be analysed in Romean population in Hungary for special genetically determined disorders: 1. galactokinase deficiency 2. cystic fibrosis 3. congenital myastheninc syndrome 4. spinal muscular atrophie 5. biotinidase deficiency Clinical features, laboratory/enzymatic diagnosis, specific molecular genetic analysis for mutations. Analysis of incidence, pheno- and genotypes comparing analysis, allele frequency, detection of new mutations, analysis of foundler mutations in 3 romean community. The preliminary results have been published for popular genetic mutation analysis in CF and galactokinase deficient patient in Romean population in Hungary. Then we import seed because spring type of rapeseed variety not registered in Hungary jet. The main difficulty with the spring rapessed growing is fewer yields than winter type of rapessed. The yield may increase with using hybrid seed varieties like winter rapeseed growing. For hybrid seed production we use male sterile and restorer lines. For making parent lines of hybrid we use our inbred lines and source lines of male sterile and restorer lines. We make test hybrids. When a new hybrid was good at the own trials, we send it to the official testing and starting hybrid seed production and propagation of parent lines. The first official testing will be 2003.
