Abstract
Plant and soil samples of Heavy-metal Load Experiment in Nagyhörcsök (Prof. Imre Kádár, Research Institute for Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences) will be applied for analyses. The plant and soil samples of treated plots with As, Cd, Mo, Pb and Se elements will be analysed. As arsenic and selenium exist in different oxidation states in soil, so As and Se speciation methods are required to elaborate for analysis of soil samples. ICP-OES instrument will be applied for analysis of the above samples, with wich many elements (25-45) will be determined from the samples. The results will be evaluate considering the aims of the project, furthermore typical correlations and relations will be devised. On the basis of our results we will try to find all answers for every questions in the 'Object of the project' part. If we will not be able to find answer for all questions then pot experiments will be put in light chamber at Department of Land and Environmental Management (Technical and Agricultural Faculty, College of Nyíregyháza).
