Abstract
The main direction of the research is the application of solid phase microextraction in the area of trace element speciation. The task is to work out such a solid phase microextraction technique, which is able for the selective or multielement adsorbtion of mercury, leas, tin or arsenic. The next task of the research to develop an interface, where the components can transfer whithout losses to the element selective spectrometers (AFS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS ). The developped techiques will be used in the field of health protection, food industry and environmental chemistry.
