Abstract
The principal aim will be to determine the abundance and biodiversity of mollusc species from the European Atlantic continental slope. Furthermore, spatial changes of mollusc species related to the environmental variables will be examined. In addition, genetic differentiation between populations of key mollusc species and relation to reproductive strategies and recruitment will be studied.
