Abstract
Summary Objectives: The aim will be to describe the links between the CFP and international fisheries governance and identify aspects that could be included in the CFP reform to have a positive impact on international elements. This involves an assessment of policy coherence between the CFP and fisheries development policy. It will also involve identification of aspects that can be covered under the CFP (with potential for an extended remit to cover regional issues) and those that need to be dealt with through other channels. Key Customer Purpose: To undertake a desk top study on Food Security, Governance and Fisheries Partnership Agreements (FPAs).
